As a Learning Measurement Advisor you will be responsible for defining and designing standards of evaluation for enterprise learning strategies. As an Advisor you will also oversee the creation/implementation of systems to capture data and provide reporting. You will serve as an Enterprise Learning & Development authority for learning measurement, supporting the CVS Health L & D COE,
You are part of a team with 500+ resources who design & deliver learning solutions for all CVS Health colleagues. As a learning measurement expert, this advisor will act as a thought partner to Learning teams on large-scale projects to define, design, & implement the evaluation portion of learning strategies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role will also be responsible to facilitate comprehension and alignment of learning outcomes, including new learning innovations, at all levels of the organization.
- Partner with the enterprise analytics team to provide strategic feedback to business partners on learning programs and effectiveness.
- Evaluate with leadership and individual contributors to determine effectiveness of learning strategies.
- Interpret and analyze data to provided leadership with opportunities and level of effectiveness.
Required Qualifications 5 years experience in Learning and Development to include analytics.
Preferred Qualifications 6 years experience in Learning and Development to include analytics.
APT or Tableau experience
